To gain the appropriate understanding of my desired media area of choice (music magazines) I believed it would be essential to have a more detailed and through look into how a traditional music magazine is composed to its audience. My task required me to specifically deconstruct three popular music magazine covers and analyse them in depth to enlighten me how they appeal to their specific reading audience, what techniques and editorial styles they contain and most importantly draw people in to purchase the magazine

You have made reference to the coverlines, use of colour and images, and the connotations of certain images / coverlines / text. Well done!
