AS Coursework proposal table - Exclusive ideas for the composition of my products

Essentially I wanted all of the ideas I had developed for the content and display of my music product to be in written form, this would allow me to constantly refer back to them with ease, ensuring I was following exactly what I had proposed and ultimately guaranteeing I would not overlook or forget any of the suggestions I had put forward. This would allow me to include everything I had put forward in the production. To do this I created a proposal table which was entirely composed to revolve around the thoughts and feelings I had generated for my finished product.

AS Coursework Proposal Table

Type of Magazine (fashion, music, etc)

I am producing an entirely specified music magazine whereas the content will contain basic information about in demand or upcoming artists/bands, gig updates, album/song releases and news broadcasts (such as pre-releases and competitions) aimed at music fans ranging from the ages 18-25 of both male and female sexes
Name of Magazine

Void
Audience (male/female)

The music magazine I am creating is aimed entirely to target the desired genders of both male and female readers as it will contain information upon these two sexes of music artists, this will ensure I am appealing to the largest possible target audience as what to I essentially can.
Audience (attitudes and interests)

The appeal will be generated mostly to audiences whose music interests are primarly indie/alternative rock but it can also be an area of concern to those who have a wide variety of music tastes and therefore are fairly flexible in what they listen to to that matter - so for example maybe a few articles will focus on grungy pop/rap composed music. Those reading the content should have a tendency towards the artists featured within since the genre is specific with little focus revolving around musicians of other sub categories.
Outlet (where it can be bought from?)

This magazine will be on display in most mainstream supermarket/retail outlet such as public domain stores (e.g Sainsburys), popular newsagents (WHSmiths) or small isolated corner shops in every day housing estates. The higher number of stores it is present at, then hopefully a greater amount of the product will be sold to offer me a more substantial income to my company.
Necessary Information

It will include the issue date/number and website details of the magazine which will be presented above or below the barcode present on the cover to offer the critical information of when it was published to the audience so they can keep up to date with their issues of their favourite music magazine
Selling Point

The major selling point for my magazine will focus upon a variety of well known artists and upcoming music/material which will be previewed before any other magazine of this genre. Interviews with artists will also be an important feature to develop that personal relationship between content and audience. Other areas of interest such as album/single releases and concert details will also be included to make the stories and articles featured as intriguing and exciting as what I can achieve so the maximum amount of readers are appealed to.
Theme (article)

The theme of my magazine will be around the modern indie/alternative rock music genre, which will display information on the most popular artists/bands dominating this scene in this modern era,  with additional extra features based upon on the rise acts as well. With my product mostly based on the 'Q' style and appearance, I feel it will be necessary to include articles generated around more older musicians (which is a common vantage point seen within 'Q') due to a minority of my readers being of the age to recall composers from the late 80's throughout the 90's generation. This ensures I am aiming to appeal to my desired age range (18-25 respectively), satisfying each of their individual requirements regarding what they would anticipate to see in my product.
Images Front Cover

Displayed on the front cover will be the feature cover story of the artist/band of interest accompanied by the main sell line. The photograph and text used for this will have to be large, dramatic and appealing to my readers to grasp instant attention. Other sell lines will focus on different artists and live gig/new release album reviews to offer that intended variety in the production
Images Inside

The images I will choose to establish will be of music artists (singers and bands) which will be a mixture of medium close ups, close ups  and long shots depending on the amount of people featured in the photograph (i.e if it is a group composed shot), a difference in the composition of the photographs helps to provide that much needed variety to my products to prevent it looking mediocre or boring to my audience. Images of new albums and live gig shots will be another main attraction as I need to develop the understanding to my readers there will be more information on offer to them others then interview/details on artists themselves.
